Review:

The show is about Kyung-Whee and Han Na-bi saving each others life, even if it means the former has to travel back in time.
Somehow 18 is a story of 28 year old, Kyung Whee a doctor who is having a hard time letting go of his high school crush, Han Na Bi. The girl who saved his life and then died. Feeling responsible and hurt Kyung is the given a chance to turn back time and help her.

The characters have been developed with a well written back story and only one sub plot as such which makes it easier to content the story. The mini series is only 2 hours long and in no moment do you feel the story is lacking something.
From scene to scene, hurdle to hurdle Kyung kept me hooked to the story. Their interaction with each other in school is the cutest. You get to see the original story as well as the changed version when he goes back in time. Both the times they make for a very cute couple.

The show after a while changes the prospect to Han Na Bi, trying to show her side of the story, which adds the serious aspect to the show. There is also a comic relief character, kyung's best friend who later becomes his brother in law. All the scenes and plots interline with each that comes up to a full circle.
Verdict: Somehow 18 is a very cute story about living your life for your loved ones
