Review:

Last Minute Romance is a Mini series that makes you happy even when you are sad. The show starts with Baek-Se answering a suicide helpline (life line) and revealing that she is terminally ill. Which gives the show a very sad tone and a sure ending.
In spite of a for sure sad ending the show takes a turn when Dong-Joon comes into picture his character is quirky and fun even though he is frustrated with his life given he looks like the famous actor Ji Soel Woo.

They are the solutions to each others problems, Dong Joon wants to change his face and Baek Se wants to date Ji Soel Woo or this look like Dong Joon. She agrees to pay him her insurance money, 30 million won, if he agrees to date before she dies, and with the money he can later change his face.
Like any K drama the 2 hour mini series has everything in it. The subtle love story is dramatic but also leave the satisfaction of both being happy, more like content at the end. She does die, he is sad about it but he will keep living like she wanted him to. With amazing background score they pull off the right mix of emotions at the right time.

There isn't anything exciting to sweep you off your
feet but it is also keep you engaged till the end.
Verdict: Last Minute Romance is a simple life story of til death do us part.
