Review:
This is a not so updated version of a 1970's Amitabh Bachchan classic revenge story. This is a spoiler filled review. But I wouldn't know why anyone would care. Its not like anyone would want to be spoiler free for this movie. The whole film is a story you have seen numerous times before.

Every classic revenge story about the better of the country is this story. Every twist you could imagine is in here. The lead female is nothing but a pawn in the story still she is in love with the hero. The lead hero is cocky, rude, egoistic and a psycho criminal and the cop always always praises the hero- who is a criminal burning people alive- brutally and smiles like he just had his favorite breakfast.
The best part, the hero is a criminal but he must not pay for his crimes because it was for the betterment. He takes the easy way out just dies by the cop's hand. His brother (Oh my god twist) Perfect ending, no dark shades on his brother's conscious also, they are both right and no repercussions.

Lets talk about John, apart from a few scenes if you see his performance it amazing, is a psycho is what the director Milap Milan Zaveri is going for. One minitue he is smiling and the other he is killing people. He literally tells everyone at their faces he is the killer but gets away until the scripts wants otherwise.
The film has one of the most amazing dialogues I have seen for a comedy movie. Satyameva Jayate is a punch line machine, no dialogues are without rhymes or deeper subtext or a John being cocky. Oh yes, the man is obsessed with matchboxes, and he can just appear anywhere a cop is corrupt no questions asked.

The theater could no stop laughing in as John is dying, in the arms of his brother. Yes, arms of his brother. Classic John.
The makers were thinking how to make John's character Veer look human, humble and warm- their best answer was show him crying at a dog's death. Its want even a Dog, it was a puppy. A puppy.
Well, it made me laugh alot, basically every time anyone said anything or they use Fire CGI. I laughed and hence the 2 stars.
Verdict: You watch it to make fun of it.
** stars.
