DBS 123: You call that a transformation!
Dragon Ball Super | Episode 123 : ***
Anime | Fantasy | Action | Adventure
Run Time : 25 minutes
Arc: The Tournament of Power

Review:
They wasted 3:45 seconds this time! almost 4 minutes. But thankfully unlike the previous episode there weren't other distraction explanations and extra screen time of shocked faces. with that out of the way we get to see some pretty good kicks. I have some complaints but that's for later.
The animation was pretty basic as compared to the previous episode, but the fight was pretty intense. The episode starts right after the 122, Vegeta gets attacked by Jiren and drops to the ground. 123 mainly focuses on fight between the trio with only a few seconds between fight with Gohan Andorid 17 with Toppo and Freiza with Dyspo.
Gohan is about to win by throwing Toppo of the stage but it was at the expense of Android 17 and he couldn't do it. While there isn't much info on fight between Freiza with Dyspo which seems like it will last longer than expected.

While Vegeta is on the ground Goku takes the turn to fight with Jiren. He almost succeeds pushing him off the stage with Krillin's Destructo Disc Hexa Blade, but Jiren's unexplianed powers help him back up the stage. Its like they are not even bothers to give names or make sense of his powers and energy source. Since it has to maintain mystery we will have to let it go.
Enraged the leader of Justice Tropes charges at Goku in blue and Vegeta on the ground in base form. Here's the twister, based on how crazy, intense and love bound the previous transformation triggers were this is a joke. OR at least it wasn't portrayed well enough (lets give them that. It isn't easy to bring out episode after episode after episode, that we love so much, its ok!)

With only reminder of his promise to his student Cabba from universe 6, he goes to the next level, called the limit breaker. Now this would be cool if it stood next to Goku's Ultra instinct. It would mean while goku had his transformation vegata fianlly got one of his one. but nope, Goku goes Blue Kaioken.
Vegeta's new limit breaker form is in Royal blue color with a muscular body. It is explained by Grand Priest as 'He focused a power far beyond his normal Super Saiyan Blue within his body.' They push back Jiren easily both together in spite of not being ready for a coordinated attack. Which itself is setting Jiren off his rhythm.
The episode 124 precap shows that the next episode has nothing to do with Goku, Vegeta, or Jiren. Its a Gohan Special Episode. The fiercely overwhelming assault Gohan's last stand.

Impressions 124: Android 17 gets mad at Gohan and makes him understand that they have to sacrifice him if they have to win, and he end the battle with Toppo and Android 17 both out of the stage, staring this battle with Dyspo along side Freiza.
There is this one cute moment in the episode when Zeno Sama imitates Jiren. "Warrior. Sleep".. They are always too cute, and I strongly believe that the fact that there are two of them now is going to part of a plot ahead. Grand priest is probably the actual god here and not Zeno but it might turn out that he is actually super evil.
